Even with its lower energy consumption, Valmet’s disperger is capable of high end-product quality. High efficiency dispersion and an ink detachment ability with efficient treatment for hotmelt particles and stickies are achieved, in addition to improved thickening and heating processes. The optimized design of the disperger fillings provides wide power adjustability, with their conical form providing a larger processing area and longer treatment time than other disperger types. The result is a significant improvement in pulp strength and fiber properties.
