Meghan’s role involves a dynamic mix of responsibilities, from preparing month-end financial reports to handling mid-month reconciliations and ad-hoc analyses. Collaborating closely with her manager and another business analyst, she ensures that Valmet’s financial reporting is accurate, timely, and impactful.

Her work took on new meaning after she toured Valmet’s Neenah roll shop and the Waukesha fiber plant. These visits allowed her to see the products and processes that her reports support. “It’s been very enlightening,” Meghan says. “Connecting the data to the physical objects we’re producing adds a whole new level of understanding to my work.”
