Mr. Orhanen (Jussi) is working as a Business Development Manager in energy business unit in Valmet. He has wide experience on energy solutions with perspectives from roles in management, sales, engineering and R&D, mostly in Europe and in Asia. Jussi is developing partnerships and projects for power and heat generation and in waste-to-energy sectors to leverage Valmet energy solutions to new markets. How to boost fossil-phase-out, waste-to-value and security of energy supply in developing economies in a good way? These are the themes that keep him busy.

Elisa Mansikkamäki joined Valmet's predecessor initially in 2008 and has worked in various sales and project execution roles in product technology, first focusing on power boiler rebuild cases and later widening her expertise to new boiler deliveries and gasifier technology. In addition to her eleven-year career in Valmet she has been working in a large process industry company in the UK improving the production performance of their energy operations. After five years spent abroad, she relocated back to Finland and rejoined Valmet in 2019. She currently works as Concept Sales Manager for Energy Plant Solutions with responsibility to develop boiler and power plant technical solutions for Valmet customers.
