High speed wrapper for folded tissue, reaching a speed of 120 pack per minute. The machine has been designed following the recently introduced modular concept, featuring two modules: infeed and main module. The infeed needs to be specifically selected upon the type of folded product that needs to be wrapped: interfolded facial tissue or napkins.*
TissueCasmatic B23
Casmatic B23 is the evolution of the most successful bundler in the tissue industry, Casmatic CMB202. Casmatic B23 has been designed following the recently introduced design standards, reaching up to 23 bundles per minute. As a result the machine features a metal cage frame divided in two modules: infeed and main module. Three different types of infeed are available: DVL Z, DVL U and CMD1H8.

Casmatic Sam Pack is a stand alone system unit designed to automatically monitor primary packaging quality and handle defective packs. Thanks to highly accurate and reliable technology this system is the ideal solution to effectively monitor packaging quality avoiding human errors and minimizing the risk to deliver uncompliant products. Casmatic Sam Pack is easy to operate and fast to set up, giving also the possibility to store both locally and remotely quality data for analytics purposes
