Ben Arves Product Manager, Winders North America Ben joined Valmet in 2014 and over the past 10 years, he has gained comprehensive experience through roles in field service, applications, and product management. Ben’s diverse background enables him to provide expert insights and tailored solutions for optimizing winder systems. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Brian Marauszwski Product Manager, Winders North America Brian has 30 years of experience in the paper industry. He began his career with Valmet (previously Beloit) in 1984 and has held various roles, including Design Engineer, Engineering & Applications Manager, and Finishing Business Manager. His extensive expertise spans design, applications, and business management, making him a trusted specialist in finishing systems.
