Metso Paper starts lay-off negotiations at the Tampere Roll Factory

Metso Paper will start personnel discussions regarding the temporary lay-off of personnel at the Tampere Roll Factory. These lay-offs result from a temporary reduction in the amount of work.

The members of staff to be laid off, and the duration and timing of these lay-offs will depend on the workload of each department. The lay-offs will commence in November at the earliest.

Tampere Roll Factory has 84 members of staff.
