Metso Paper to supply complete tissue line to Cellynne, Florida

Metso Paper will supply a complete Advantage DCT™ 100 tissue line to Cellynne Paper Converter in Florida, U.S.A.

The tissue machine will have a wire width of 2.7 m, an operating speed of 2000 m/min, and a daily production of up to 130 metric tons of high-quality facial, bathroom tissue and towel grades. Production is scheduled to start during the first quarter of 2006 in Haines City, Florida.

The value of the Metso order is not disclosed.

Metso’s scope of delivery will comprise a complete tissue machine equipped with a SymFlo TIS headbox, an 18-foot Metso Yankee cylinder, Advantage AirCap yankee hood, sheet control and tail threading equipment, and reel and roll handling systems.

The order also comprises QCS and DCS systems by Metso Automation.

Cellynne Holdings, headquartered just south of Orlando, Florida, is the largest independent paper converter in North America. The Company is primarily engaged in the conversion of jumbo parent rolls into smaller, more commercially usable paper products, such as toilet tissue and paper towels.
