Wood-handling Orders Landed in Latin America and Europe

Sunds Defibrator reports receipt of a number of wood-handling orders in the panelboard and pulping segments. A wood-handling plant is currently on order to a particleboard and MDF mill of Fibranova CA, Venezuela. The delivery comprises log infeed with GentleFeedTM system, debarking with EasyTyreTM barking drum and chipping with Camura GSTM chipper. The equipment will be delivered in 1999. An additional order to Fibranova CA was received through Siempelkamp for four rotary screw reclaimers; two reclaiming chips, one for fines and one for bark. These reclaimers will be delivered in 1999.

Projects in Europe A chip handling system with a chip screen and two rotary screw reclaimers is on order of an MDF mill of Franz Binder GesmbH in Hallein, Austria. The delivery is scheduled for 1999.

An EasyTyreTM barking drum will be delivered to Stora Cell AB's Skutskär mill, Sweden in 1999.

Geldof Metaalconstructie N.V. placed an order for a rotary screw reclaimer to be delivered to N.V. Spano S.A., Belgium in 1999.
