IntelliSizer

The IntelliSizer improves paper properties such as strength and printing qualities by adding chemical substances to the paper web. The IntelliSizer family consists of three Size Press types: Pond, Metering, and Hybrid. The IntelliSizer is equipped with a carbon fiber application head. The Metering Size Press reduces or eliminates pond turbulence, poor pickup control, low solids concentration, sheet edge problems, higher after drying demand, uneven reel profiles, and additional sheet breaks.
